Jason Yip first encountered Extreme Programming in 1999 through discussions on comp.object, comp.software-engineering and Ward's wiki, http://c2.com. He's been with ThoughtWorks since early 2001, experiencing engagements in operations, setting up builds and continuous integration, custom application development, Agile coaching, process improvement, and is currently a Principal Consultant focusing on organisation-level application of Agile, Lean, and Kanban.
