Show Twelve features the second part of an interview with Charles
Symons on Cosmic Full Function Points. COSMIC – Full Function
Points are one of the 4 functional metrics recognized by ISO as
international standards. The two interviews included great material
for anyone interested in IT measurement. Charles is the creator of
MARKII Function Points and one of the founding members of COSMIC.
